Last week, Sega Games announced that the Traditional Chinese version of Persona 5 will be released exclusively for the PlayStation 4 on March 23, 2017.

While the game will feature Japanese audio, it will include Traditional Chinese subtitles. It is set to release in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia.

Today, Sega has released a preview trailer of the game with the Traditional Chinese subtitles.

Previously in August 2016, it was announced that the Traditional Chinese version of the game would be released in 2017.

Persona 5 was released for the PS3 and PS4 in Japan on September 15, 2016. It will release in North America and Europe on April 4th, 2017, in Traditional Chinese on March 23, 2017, and in Korean in 2017.

Might as well wait two more weeks.

yeah, but the english (subs) version is only for us (region 1) right?

        • Irving Lee

No, there should be a Region 2 and 3 version of the English release, but it’s not a guarantee that your local store will have it. There should still be a digital English version available though. What region are you at?

Digital is not an option for me.. It’s PERSONA, how could ppl buy digital version for this game.. lol
From what i see in every pre-order shops, the asia version says English dub with traditional chinese subs to be release on march.
other than that is regional 3 japanese, released sept 2016.
Then there are the english (soon dual audio) dub for US version (region 1) or EU (region 2) relese on April.
Well for me, i’m looking for “Take your heart Premium Edition” and it would be perfect if there is region 3 version for that.
For now, i can’t find pre-order for that everywhere..

          • Irving Lee

I think there should be, but again, it depends on whether your local store orders them or not. Region 3 normally gets English-localized games.

            well, i hope..
            thx for your concern..

i don’t get it, is this mean the region 3 version of the game is only in chinese subs? not every country in PS region 3 speak chinese!
And no premium edition for Region 3 too!?
so it’s either learning chinese or buy the region US version.. then create a new us account..
man.. atlus more and more driving me nuts..
