Catherine: Full Body had debuted at the 9th position on the UK sales charts for its opening week, and in second place upon its Japanese launch via Media Create.
Catherine: Full Body was released on the PS4 and PS Vita in Japan on February 14, 2019. It was released for the PS4 on April 25, 2019 in Asia and Korea, and September 3, 2019 in the West.
