Atlus Staff Rankings
Shinjiro Takada
1st) Final Fantasy VII: Rebirth
The game became much more interesting once you learn how to ride a chocobo. Training and battles are fun and the game has a lot of content
2nd) Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth
I started playing it was I was interested in the combat system, but the game is all around high quality. There was a good balance of laughs too.
3rd) Hogwarts Legacy
It was released in 2023, but I missed my chance to play it then. The world was so well recreated and I enjoyed being a student.
Naoto Hiraoka
1st) Final Fantasy VII: Rebirth
A game worthy of being called a blockbuster. The way the story wraps up in the second half is excellent.
2nd) Silent Hill 2
I was impressed by the new TPS perspective, it also makes the game easier to play, and the fine adjustments are great.
3rd) The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom
The story begins and ends with a bed. This is such a Zelda like generosity.
4th) Stellar Blade
I was engrossed in both the action and the passionate sci-fi story.
5th) Gakuen Idolmaster
It’s impressive how the game has been made so that repeat playthroughs aren’t a pain, and it’s still Idolmaster.
Kazuhisa Wada
1st) Dragon Quest Walk
This is a title I play every year, it’s become a part of my life. I’m confident that my level of commitment is among the highest in the industry.
2nd) Shiren the Wanderer: The Mystery Dungeon of Serpentcoil Island
It’s fun going back to the basics. I remember clearing Fei’s final problem on the 99th floor in the first game. The impact this has had on me has been huge.
3rd) Dragon Quest 3 HD 2D Remake
HD-2D is great. The music is great too. I think there should be more remakes like this.
4th) Paranormasight: The Seven Mysteries of Honjo
Although it is a text based adventure game, the tension of the curse battles is really good. The game is great value for money.
5th) Kamaitachi no Yoru x3
I’ve already played all of thse games, but they’re still fun. I’m going to play it with my family, but I’m wondering what to do about certain content.
