As it turns out, we here at ATLUS are really good at guessing placeholder dates. That’s right – Odin Sphere Leifthrasir is officially confirmed for a June 7 release, which means you’ll have something awesome to play on your PS Vita on the way to E3! :D

Plus, the full website for the game is now live — plenty of interesting content in there, so make sure to bookmark it and check back as we update it with more information on the characters, game systems, and more!

If that wasn’t short enough, here’s a tl;dr for you:
Odin Sphere Leifthrasir is the all-encompassing remake of the original PlayStation 2 title, Odin Sphere. Developed by the legendary Vanillaware and published by ATLUS, the game is steeped in norse mythology with intricate plots that wouldn’t be out of place in a Wagner opera. Five character plots intertwine as the world of Erion hurtles towards the end of days as warring kingdoms clash for control.
Atlus USA has no word on a European release as of yet.
Odin Sphere Leifthrasir is slated to release in Japan on January 14, 2016 for the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita. The RPG remake has also been confirmed for a North American release on June 7, 2016.
