Following the previous comedy-based web comic series for Odin Sphere Leifthrasir by Oshkiri Rensuke which has now come to an end, a more serious manga adaptation for the game starring the fairy hero Mercedes has been announced.
The artist is Tomoyuki Hino (known for The Empire of Corpses manga), and the manga series will be serialized in the Monthly Shōnen Sirius manga magazine
Follow-up information on the series will be made available at a later date.
Odin Sphere Leifthrasir is slated to release in Japan on January 14, 2016 for the PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita. The RPG remake has also been confirmed for a North American release in Spring 2016.
