In Sega’s 2025 Management Meeting presentation last week confirming Metaphor: ReFantazio has sold over 2 million copies worldwide, the section “Full Game: Unit Sales of Major IPs” mistakenly exposed data that could be highlighted under a grey block. Soon after, the sales numbers were removed from the presentation.
For Atlus titles, the data was the following (Sega fiscal years range from April 1st to March 31st of the subsequent year, so FY2024 would be from April 1st 2023 to March 31st 2024):

In June 2024, Atlus announced that the Shin Megami Tensei V series had sold over 1.6 million copies worldwide. The series has therefore sold 500k copies since last year.
Persona 3 Reload had sold 1 million copies during its first week on sale in February 2024.
As of December 2023, the Persona 5 series alone had sold over 10 million copies worldwide (including the spin-off titles).
Sega believes that the next mainline entry in the Persona series—that is to say Persona 6—would be able to sell 5 million copies within its first year. Comparatively, it took 3 years for Persona 5 to reach 3.2 million copies sold worldwide.
