Update (2023-02-20): After Udon Entertainment had confirmed the release of the Persona 4 Arena Ultimax manga series in English and removed the announcement in November 2022, the localization has been confirmed once again today.

Online retailer listings such as on Amazon US and Right Stuf indicate that the manga adaptations of Persona 4 Arena and Persona 4 Arena Ultimax will finally be released in English next year, published by Udon Entertainment.
Published monthly in Dengeki Maoh magazine with author Aiya Kyu, the first volume of the P4A manga was released in Japan in May 2013, with the third and final volume released in March 2014.
Following the first series, the Persona 4 Arena Ultimax manga—illustrated by Rokuro Saito—debuted in the June 27, 2015 issue of Dengeki Maoh magazine and was serialized on a monthly basis afterwards. The final volume was released in June 2018.
According to the listings, the first volume is set to be released in English on February 21, 2023, the second volume on April 18, 2023, and the third volume on June 27, 2023. The first volume of the Persona 4 Arena Ultimax manga will be on July 18, 2023.
