The North American version of Persona 4 Arena Ultimax is now available for pre-order on PlayStation Network, which gives the buyer special DLC.
Pre-ordering the game on PSN gets one: the complete color packs for all 19 characters (excluding the 3 DLC characters) and a special XMB theme. The PSN release will be available to play starting the midnight in EST of September 30th.
