Persona 5 Steelbook Edition Giveaway
With less than a month to go until the English release of Persona 5 on April 4th, 2017, we’ve decided to celebrate by giving away three PlayStation 4 copies of the game in North America.
The three copies will be given to three different people and, to enter, you need to do one (or both) of the following:
- Follow the Persona Central Twitter account and retweet the giveaway tweet.
- Sign up for our forums (dubbed “Paradigm X”) and post in the giveaway thread explaining what makes you the most excited to play Persona 5.
One copy will be awarded via the Twitter method of entry, and two prizes will be awarded via the Paradigm X forum method of entry (to two different people), for a total of three prizes awarded.
Rules and Regulations
1. No purchase or payment necessary to enter or win.
2. Eligibility
This Persona 5 PS4 Steelbook Edition Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, Canada (excluding Quebec), and Mexico who are 18 years of age or older. Associates and immediate families and/or those living in the same household of Persona Central affiliates, along with advertising and promotion agencies (“Promotion Entities”) are not eligible to enter or win. Void in Puerto Rico, all other U.S. territories, Quebec, and where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation.
3. Entry
You can enter the promotion by following the Persona Central Twitter account and retweeting the giveaway tweet.
You can also enter the promotion by signing up for the Paradigm X forums, and posting in the giveaway thread.
One entry through Twitter and one entry through the Paradigm X forum thread permitted per person. If you are discovered to have entered the contest twice through the use of different identities or subversion, you will be rendered ineligible to win.
Any entry through the forum which contains extremely violent, offensive, or inappropriate content, or which contains Persona 5 spoilers, will be rejected at Persona Central’s sole discretion. Any posts that depict illegal or criminal behaviors or activities will be rejected at Persona Central’s sole discretion and will immediately be provided to appropriate law enforcement officials, along with any information pertaining to said entrants.
4. Prizes and Dates
The giveaway starts on March 7th, 2017 at 3:00 PM EST, and it will end on March 24th, 2017 at 11:59 PM EDT.
One (1) prize consisting of a Persona 5 Steelbook Edition PlayStation 4 copy (RSV $59.99 USD / $79.99 CAD) will be awarded, at random, from those who retweet the promotion on Twitter and follow the Persona Central Twitter account.
Two (2) prizes consisting of two Persona 5 Steelbook Edition PlayStation 4 copies (RSV $59.99 USD / $79.99 CAD each) will be awarded, at random, to two different people from those who post in the Paradigm X forum giveaway thread.
We cannot guarantee that the prizes will be delivered on the day of Persona 5‘s release.
The winners will be notified via private message on the respective social network (Twitter/Paradigm X forums) and a public announcement of the winners will be made on March 27th, 2017. If Persona Central has received no response from winners within two (2) days of the notification date, their prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Canadian winners must answer certain mathematical skill related questions to be determined a winner.
Prize recipients will not be permitted to (a) replace their designated prize with another item (except if it is for the PS3 version of Persona 5 with a RSV of $49.99 USD), (b) transfer or assign their designated prize to another person, or (c) substitute their prize for cash. In the event of unavailability, Persona Central reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
All prizes are awarded “AS IS” and without warranty of any kind. All federal, state, local, and other taxes on prizes, including any applicable import taxes on prizes, are the sole responsibility of the person accepting the prize.
5. Disclaimers
Persona Central will not be responsible for any damage or loss of any prizes during shipping or transmission, nor for any shipping or transmission error resulting in delivery failure of prizes to winners.
By entering the Persona 5 Steelbook PS4 Edition Sweepstakes, participants agree to the official rules as stated above, without exception.
