Back in October 2019 for the initial release of Persona 5 Royal, Atlus Japan outlined media distribution guidelines for the game preventing users from streaming or sharing all sections of P5R from December 24th in-game until the end.
To celebrate the upcoming release of Persona 5 Tactica, Atlus has now completely lifted all streaming and sharing restrictions previously established for Persona 5 Royal. They ask that users still mark spoilers for any content including spoilers.
Despite the restrictions being lifted, P5R will not be receiving a patch to remove the in-game sharing restrictions specific to each platform for the third semester. Atlus recommends that, if one wants to stream this content, they should use their own capture gear.
