
Persona 5 Scramble: The Phantom Strikers was released in Japan last week on February 20th, and sales tracker Famitsu reports that 162,410 copies of the action RPG developed in collaboration between Atlus and Koei Tecmo’s Omega Force were sold during its first week.
This Famitsu estimated sales data for Persona 5 Scramble in Japan are of sales ranging from February 17 to February 23, 2020.
Debuting at 162,410 copies, Persona 5 Scramble is the second most successful launch for a spin-off in the Persona series, behind Persona Q: Shadow of the Labyrinth which debuted at 186,398 copies sold in Japan during its first week after its June 5, 2014 release.
As previously indicated by retailer COMG!, P5S sold over twice as many copies on the PS4 compared to the Nintendo Switch.
Update (2020-02-27): According to updated Famitsu sales rankings, Persona 5 Scramble: The Phantom Strikers achieved a 60-80% sell-through rate at retailers during its first week of release.
