Atlus has announced that the seventh character trailer for Persona 5 Scramble: The Phantom Strikers will be released on December 13, 2019 at 6:00 PM JST.
This trailer will feature the beauty thief Haru Okumura, code name Noir (voiced by Haruka Tomatsu). Her persona is Milady.
