Atlus has released detailed information about characters Yusuke Kitagawa (Fox), Makoto Niijima (Queen), Futaba Sakura (Oracle), and Haru Okumura (Noir) through an update to the Persona 5 Scramble: The Phantom Strikers official website’s character page.
The previous update to this page had information and screenshots for Ryuji, Morgana, Ann, and Sophia.
Yusuke Kitagawa (Voiced by Tomokazu Sugita)
An aspiring artist and a third-year high school student attending Kosei High School’s art course. His paintings are highly regarded.
In the past, his skills were exploited by his mentor, but he met the protagonists and decided to leave after finding out the truth in another world. He awakened to his persona ability and became a member of the Phantom Thieves.
Although he is eye-catchingly handsome, he is so devoted to his art that he makes many odd comments that often confuse those around him. Also, since all of his savings are spent on art supplies, he naturally lives in poverty.
Action
His code name is Fox. He fights with a katana.
He has high attack power and attacks with swift slashes. He can carry out a series of attacks, and he can “counter” enemies using his sword.
He uses a “rifle” for his firearm, which is easy to aim and fire at his targets with.
Skill
Dedicated Persona: Goemon
Goemon specializes in ice and physical skills. He can deal enormous damage to his enemies by freezing them and finishing them off with physical skills.

Makoto Niijima (Voiced by Rina Sato)
A university student who is studying law to become a police bureaucrat.
Under her strct older sister’s influence, she forced herself to become an honor student. Despite being used by adults, she breaks through her shell to gain the ability of persona and become part of the Phantom Thieves.
She used to serve as the student council president at Shujin Academy. She is like an older siste to the Phantom Thieves, although her strict and serious personality has alleviated somewhat.
She is also a martial artist who fights enemies with her fists, and Ryuji fears her “punishment by fists.”
Action
Her code name is Queen. She fights with close-range attacks using her fist weapons.
She uses a variety of attacks, summoning her motorcycle type persona and riding around. She also has a “burst” property that she can use to give her attacks a nuclear type attribute.
She uses a “revolver” for her firearm, which has excellent rapid-fire properties.

Dedicated Persona: Johanna
Johnna specializes in nuclear skills, and she also has recovery related skills. Her nuclear skills can deal great damage to enemies afflicted by burn, freezing, or shock status effects, so she fights wiell with Joker and the other members.

Futaba Sakura (Voiced by Aoi Yūki)
A talnted hacker prodigy who once agitated the world.
Selfish adults once made her believe that her mother’s death we her fault, and she lived in seclusion as a result. She was poor at interpersonal communication, and was afraid of going out in public. However, she recovered her true memories and awakened to her persona ability.
As a member of the Phantom Thieves, she plays an active role in supporting her friends from the rear as a navigator.
After the case was resolved, she seems to have become used to people, and she now attends school.
Navigation
Her code name is Oracle. She doesn’t fight, but she analyzes information about the field and the enemies, navigating the other Phantom Thieves.
By identifying enemy weaknesses and calling out allies afflicted with abnormal status effects, she helps the group understand the situation with detailed analysis.
Eliminate obstacles blocking the way in the field by hacking!

Dedicated Persona: Necronomicon
Necronomicon uses support skills. It supports combat using various abilities, such as strengthening allies and recovering their HP and SP.
Haru Okumura (Voiced by Haruka Tomatsu)
The daugher of the Okumura Foods president, a major restaurant chain.
In the past, she was forced into an arranged marriage with a politician on her father’s orders, shutting herself from her feelings. She awakened to her persona ability, and gained the courage to break away from her father’s grasp.
She lost her father during the maelstrom of events, but she overcame her grief and continued fighting.
Currently, while studying at university, she is also involved with managing Okumura Foods.
She has a strong sense of justice with a gentle and kind personality. A side of her is a little naive and ignorant of the ways of the world, even once calling herself “Beauty Thief.”
Action
Her code name is Noir. In contrast to her sweet appearance, she fights by swinging an axe. Derived from her normal attacks, all of her special attacks can be sustained, including her psychokinesis and gun abilities.
Her “grenade launcher” firearm has excellent power and range.
Skill
Dedicated Persona: Milady
Milady specializes in psy skills and also posses shooting skills. Her psychokinesis can deal great damage to enemies afflicted with abonrmal status effects such as Fear, Rage, and Brainwash.
