Update (2015-09-25): The product page for the Blu-ray has been added to Amazon Japan, revealing its price of 6,480 yen.
Following the final performance of the Persona Livehouse Tour 2015 concert in Tokyo today (which was broadcast in Japanese theaters), the Blu-ray and DVD home releases for the concert have been announced for a December 30, 2015 release date in Japan.
The Blu-ray and DVD releasing on December 30th will feature the September 24 performance which took place at the Zepp Tokyo venue.
