The PlayStation 4 Slim model was recently announced at the PlayStation Meeting on September 7, 2016, dropping the standard PS4 price of 34,980 yen (excluding tax) to 29,980 yen.
To celebrate this, Sony Interactive Entertainment Japan has collaborated with Atlus to produce an advertisement for both the PS4 Slim and Persona 5.

The commercial features “a signer posing as as Ichiyo Higuchi, writer and poet from the Meiji era, who appears on 5,000 yen notes. 5,000 yen is the amount of the price drop from the original PS4 to the PS4 Slim.” (DualShockers)
Relatedly, a PS4 Slim bundle for Persona 5 has been announced, releasing on September 15th in Japan for 39,980 yen.
Persona 5 is slated to be released for the PS3 and PS4 in Japan on September 15, 2016. It will release in North America and Europe on February 14, 2017, and in traditional Chinese in 2017.
