Update (2022-02-27): The @P25th_fes Twitter account became active again, and posted details for this event stating that it was a fan event where people will be able to immerse themselves in the world of Persona through various exhibitions, merchandise, and collaborations, linking to the official website. This tweet was soon deleted.

Coinciding with the third edition of the “Persona 25th Times” video series set to be released this month, a Twitter account called “@P25th_fes,” created in February 2022, has been discovered.
Labeled as the official account for an event titled “Persona 25th Festival,” the Twitter account’s description states that the event will take place at Tokorozawa Sakura Town on May 28th, 2022.
There are a few points that place the legitimacy of the account into question, such as no official Atlus Twitter accounts following @P25th_fes or the anniversary logo for the account’s profile picture being cut off.
However, there are two factors that point to this account likely being legitimate:
Quality of the banner art:
The account features well made banner art of the Persona series main characters in the style of previous Persona 25th anniversary celebration artwork. This art seems to be completely unique, made solely for this Twitter page.
Website domain URL:
The most important point are the domain names P25THFES.JP and P25THEFES.COM, discovered by Twitter user @regularpanties via @MysticDistance.
These domains were created on January 31, 2022 with the registrant being Kadokawa Corporation (same company that owns Weekly Famitsu magazine). The Japanese domain was last updated on February 17, 2022, the same day that the Twitter account was unearthed.
Relatedly, the owner of the domain, Kadokawa Corporation, is also the company behind the creation and planning of the venue location, Tokorozawa Sakura Town.
We’ll likely be hearing more about this event in the upcoming “Persona 25th Times” video later this month.
Persona 20th Fes
In December 2016, a series of events under the moniker “Persona 20th Fes” took place, alongside a now defunct Twitter account. The events included an art contest, merchandise, collaboration events, as well as a radio show.
Similar to the “Persona 25th Festival” in May, the “Persona 20th Festival” anniversary event was held at Arts Chiyoda 3331 in Tokyo in December 2016, with numerous exhibits and activites. Pictures from the event can be seen here.
