
The characters Raidou Kuzunoha and Goto from Devil Summoner were removed from the Traditional Chinese and Korean versions of Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne HD Remaster upon their release on October 29th. Subsequently, as previously announced, Sega Asia decided to implement the excluded content as DLC in the Traditional Chinese version of the game at a later date due to outcry from Chinese users.
Sega Asia has now announced that the “Chronicle Pack” downloadable content for SMT III HD will be released for the Traditional Chinese version of the game on December 24, 2020. The download will be available for free for a limited 2-week period from December 24, 2020 to January 6, 2021. After January 7, 2021, the DLC will be paid.
Once downloaded, “New Game: Chronicle” will be available to select on the title screen. This DLC is scheduled to only be released for the Traditional Chinese version of the game.
Shin Megami Tensei III: Nocturne HD Remaster was released for the PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch on October 29, 2020 in Japan, China, and South Korea. The game will be released in the West in Spring 2021.
