During today’s Nintendo Direct Mini: Partner Showcase for July 2020, a new trailer announced that Atlus’ next mainline game in the SMT series, Shin Megami Tensei V, will have a worldwide simultaneous release for the Nintendo Switch in 2021.

Atlus had previously confirmed at the end of last year that they would be announcing more about Shin Megami Tensei V in 2020. The last trailer for the game was released almost three years ago in October 2017, with the official announcement of Shin Megami Tensei V.
