Shinjiro Takada’s Top Games of 2022

Takada is the Shin Megami Tensei Product Manager of Atlus’ Creative Department 1st Production, who worked on Soul Hackers 2 released in 2022.

1. Elden Ring (February 25, 2022)

I was surprised at the high degree of freedom, the world view, the tense difficulty, and the very high level of polish. It has been a very long time since I played through a game twice.

2. Xenoblade Chronicles 3 (July 29, 2022)

I enjoyed exploring the fields and carefully crafted quests all the way through.

3. Gran Turismo 7 (March 4, 2022)

I love this series, and I think car enthusiasts will thoroughly enjoy this game.

Kazuhisa Wada’s Top Games of 2022

Wada is the Creative Producer and Chief Director of the Persona Team. Following Persona 5 Royal which is currently on sale, remastered versions of P3P and P4G are scheduled to be released in 2023.

1. Dragon Quest Walk (September 12, 2019)

I’ve been playing since it began. It’s a daily routine to get together during lunch break and defeat Mega Monsters.

2. Tactics Ogre Reborn (November 11, 2022)

The beginning immediately brings back memories of back in the day. I remember the first time I saw it…! The music and the atmosphere are overwhelming.

3. Live A Live (July 22, 2022)

This is my personal number 1 HD-2D game. It’s a game everyone wants to play casually.

4. AI: The Somnium Files – Nirvana Initiative (June 23, 2022)

Continuing on from the previous game, this is an occult mystery that leaves you wondering what will happen next. I finished all of the different endings.
